FAQs
The color of Goodness Greens is more dark red than green, why?
Goodness Greens is not only a green drink. It also has Berries and more (I.E. Reds). The reddish color comes from the beet juice that increases oxygen to mom and fetus, also helping to carry vital nutrients more effectively.
The Blueberries and Raspberry extract both offer vital phytonutrients that will naturally increase mom’s energy, immunity while reducing birth and pregnancy complications.
These two ingredients also give the drink it’s darker reddish hue.
We could have made it look greener… but we chose to keep additional artificial ingredients & colors that wouldn’t add any benefit to you or baby, except making the product “look” better, out of the product.
We chose to do more with less. :)
Does the Goodness Greens prenatal powder drink replace my prenatal vitamin?
No. While our Goodness Greens drink is full of essential nutrients it does not contain a full prenatal vitamin blend. Think of it like your prenatal vitamins BFF that gives you an extra boost of fruits and veggies that can be hard to get during pregnancy.
How do I know the breakdown of vitamins in your product?
There is not a formulated vitamin blend in our drink except for what may be naturally occurring from the real food ingredients. Meaning each batch changes. It’s like buying a bag of spinach.
You're not going to find vit & mineral content on the Nutrition Label as it’s consistently changing with each grow/ batch produced. However, Goodness Greens can be taken with additional vitamins (like your prenatal) and supplements.
I don’t love green drinks but want the benefits. How can I change the taste?
If you want all the nutritional benefits of our prenatal powder but struggle with the taste of green drinks or natural prenatal supplements, or get nauseous, we suggest a few options:
1. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice
2. Blending with a banana
3. Blending with milk or juice rather than water.
4. Blending in one of the smoothies from our free 10-Day Prenatal Smoothie Challenge.
5. Drinking it later in the day or whenever nausea is at its low point.
Can I take this green drink with my regular prenatal vitamins?
Yes. It is meant to compliment your prenatal vitamins and give you an extra boost of nutrients you may be lacking. It’ll supply around 2.5 servings of daily fruits and veggies or around 50% of the FDA’s recommended daily intake.
